Service
Our products are covered with a warranty of 2 (two) years and the utilized paints have from 5 (five) to 10 (ten) years warranty with minimal maintenance.
Maintenance
In order to give a right maintenance to our supplied products, we scheduled to supply to ALL of our Customers, at the time of delivery, a kit containing:
- color and finishing of the product
- a special balm for wood (AIDOL PFLEGEBALSAM) to be applied with the relevant instructions.
Repairs
On the wooden doors, both sectional or sliding, in case of breakage (due to shocks) or other type of damage, we replace and / or repair the single panel without having to substitute the entire door.
Modifications on products already installed
On request, we insert modifications also in existing doors (such as windows of a blind door). Furthermore, when the product is particularly worn, even after many years, we can repaint the entire door, both on site and/or in the company workshop (taking it apart completely).
